Dr. Consky has been an active member of the Niagara community for many years. His practice model is to treat all patients with the highest standards of care and to provide a positive patient experience before, during, and after treatment. To best serve these goals, he has developed a diverse practice that is patient-centered and includes a wide range of oral surgery procedures, from tooth extractions and removal of impacted wisdom teeth under anesthesia, to repair of jaw and facial injuries. He is experienced in placing dental implants, particularly in highly aesthetic areas and for patients who require more extensive dental rehabilitation. In addition, Dr. Consky performs repairs of jaw and facial deformities, surgery for the correction of sleep apnea, and surgical orthodontics.

Dr. Consky is also a long-standing leader in the dental and medical communities, having served until recently as Chief of Service for Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for all of the hospitals in the Niagara Health System for the past 10 years, as well as having served as President of the Niagara Peninsula Dental Association, President of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and on committees of the Ontario Dental Association. He has been an examiner for the Fellowship examinations which accredits new oral and maxillofacial surgeons across the country. He is also a clinical instructor at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Dentistry in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Consky gives lectures to medical students and family practice residents in oral medicine and oral pathology at the McMaster University Medical School Niagara Campus.

When not practicing oral surgery, Dr. Consky loves spending time with his wife of thirty years and his three children, two of whom are also pursuing oral and maxillofacial surgery. He can be seen riding his bike up and down the Niagara Parkway.
