He is experienced in placing dental implants, particularly in highly aesthetic areas and for patients who require more extensive dental rehabilitation. In addition, Dr. Consky performs repairs of jaw and facial deformities, surgery for the correction of sleep apnea, and surgical orthodontics.
Dr. Consky is also a long-standing leader in the dental and medical communities, having served until recently as Chief of Service for Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for all of the hospitals in the Niagara Health System for the past 10 years, as well as having served as President of the Niagara Peninsula Dental Association, President of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and on committees of the Ontario Dental Association. He has been an examiner for the Fellowship examinations which accredits new oral and maxillofacial surgeons across the country.
